If you have specific dietary needs (like if you are a vegeterian or would like Indian food), do not bother with any of the restaurants or the Aloha Cafe. Instead go directly to the main dining rooms (Liberty/Skyline) and talk to the Chef. They can customize but you do need to talk to the Chef.

Aloha Cafe has a horrible selection of food - staff is allright. Don't be surprised if someone is outright rude to you. Don't expect tropical fruits at the peak of their freshness - most fruits are passable and doubt that they came from the islands.
For Indian food, the Sous Chef - Mr. Singh, is an excellent bet to talk to. Very accomodating.

Good itinerary

Service and Staff

Staff is in general worse that American hotels. Seldom smile and will seldom do the needful. By staff I mean the rank and file. If you have a problem, do not even bother with the minions - just get hold of a manager.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Liked the ship

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great rooms - very functional

Pros: Modern ship, great itinerary

Cons: Dissapointing food in most of the restaurants

Recommends Pride of America? No.
