Vegeterian / Indian Food
Pride of America Cruise Review to Hawaii
Ship: Pride of America
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Large Group

Review SummaryIf you have specific dietary needs (like if you are a vegeterian or would like Indian food), do not bother with any of the restaurants or the Aloha Cafe. Instead go directly to the main dining rooms (Liberty/Skyline) and talk to the Chef. They can customize but you do need to talk to the Chef.
Food and Dining
Aloha Cafe has a horrible selection of food - staff is allright. Don't be surprised if someone is outright rude to you. Don't expect tropical fruits at the peak of their freshness - most fruits are passable and doubt that they came from the islands.
For Indian food, the Sous Chef - Mr. Singh, is an excellent bet to talk to. Very accomodating.
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Pros: Modern ship, great itinerary
Cons: Dissapointing food in most of the restaurants
