Lets be honest, its a floating hotel getting you each island. If the ship had to go out to Fanning Island, like the others do, then the rating would go down even more. 4 days of boredom would be more than I could handle. But, taken into perspective, say a balcony for $1299 ea, with food, thats $185.00 a day. Cheaper then you would pay for an oceanfront hotel with a view.
And thats all it is......there is no gambling, every boat out there has the reprinted "original" prints for sale, every one sells watches. Some do in a much grandeur scale. The person spending $699 for an inner or $1299 for a balcony should not complain. Complain if your spending $3000+ for a suite and your staying on the ship. Your in Hawaii, why are you on the ship?. Everyday you were in a different port. Rent a car. Hawaii is much better than any Mexican Port.
We sailed in late January o6. You got on board, made you free dining reservations immediately and your done. We never had time to sun on the deck.
Illnesses. The ship looked clean and I'm in the food service business. Now discuss the health of the people boarding and all getting together in the same room. Blame them, not the ship.
The poor part is the whining of the American worker vs the European worker......unbelievable.

Were looking to take 14 people on this ship next summer, may change our minds in reviews don't change.

Food and Dining

Italian restaurant great, extra dollars restaurants poor. Buffet for the most part good. Large, main restaurants food adequate, whining service personnel less than adequate.

Service and Staff

Nothing like a foreign crew, never once saw my room attendant....always on a foreign crewed ship. Goes back to pre-tipping...why bother?

Ship Quality

Same old, same old............nothing new. NCL should look at Priness and their pools, Carnivals and NCLs arn't considered pools. Very POOR rating when docking, always late , 45 min to an hour getting the doors open past the time they stated. ie 8:00, we get off ship 8:45

Cabin / Stateroom

Balcony rooms smaller than most ships.

Pros: Saw all the islands

Cons: The American crew whining about how hard they work
