the ship was poorly laid out, it was always confusing as to which elevator to take to get to where you wanted to go. The food was very poor in the buffet, if you wanted to eat steak every night, the main dining rooms were okay. Most food choices were not for normal people. Our room was never vacuumed and we had to request to get our bed changed. The odor in the room was bad, smelled of sewer, in fact the whole ship smelled that way. A very few of the staff were freindly or helpful. The fiasco of getting off the ship for Fanning Island was unbelievable. We would never cruise with NCL again, the Pride of Aloha has ruined that for us.

Pros: View from our balcony was gorgeous

Cons: Food, the bad odors and lack of cleanliness overall

Recommends Pride of Aloha? No.
