From the beginning, our key cards didn't work. And it went down hill from there. AC didn't work, room didn't get cleaned, no towels, dirty dishes around the ship, litter in the halls, sticky stuff on the floors, no response attitude from the crew, needs more electric outlets in cabins, needs more drawer space, smelly, food in buffett poor, service in restaurants poor,. I could just go on, and on; but, don't expect "cruise level" service on this boat. I've done NCL Intl before, I hope their service is still "cruise level."

Pros: Ports of Call

Cons: Attitude

Recommends Pride of Aloha? No.
