we had been on 6 cruise ships before the pride of aloha.this one was diffrent in every way ..first the stafe is not friendly, they looked unhappy and over worked...
they never treated us like a customer on vacation and we need to have a good time.they not fast or organized to pick up and clean the talbes. the front desk had the same look and thier way of the highway, and if you aqsked for manger, no one is available you have to leave your name and some one will get to you..off course no one get back to us...house keeping ..the reoom is done only once with the less amount of supply...encolding the ice...any thing you need you have to call and waite to be delivered....now the most important item is the bathrooms on all floors and next to restaqrants and bars they are not clean and always had aq bad smee...some times you can smell them when you walking...we were surprise that no one get sick....the food was ok..the buffet was always the same food no change...the dinner at the restarants was good and fiffreent every night, but the waiting to get a table was long, aqnd when you set, will take about 2 hrs to finish serving...
the photos are a highway rebury...they will but 2 photos together and ask for $24.99!!!and that is it no if or but..so at the end all come down to greed from the companyfor not hiering engh staff and paying them good and also monopolizwed the area [ they the only cruise line in Hawaii and also they own the tour buses]...

Pros: not much

Cons: servies, buffet, and servies
