Hawaiian cruise, the way to see Hawaii

Sail Date: January 01, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Overall it was good, It lacked the wow factor or going the extra above and beyond customer service. When we arrived on the ship the first thing I thought is someone from the crew would greet us with a lei and welcome us to the ship to make us feel special. It was a cold welcome and felt like you were just going through the motions. I know you were doing all the proper procedures and we felt very safe and comfortable with your high standards of safety but I was expecting some warm welcome beyond the safety factor that we never received.

Pros: Entertainment and Hawaiian ambassadors

Cons: Cabin size, omelet wait, length of dining experience

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? Yes!
