Worst service ever on a ship

Sail Date: July 22, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Crowded, bland food, staff unwilling to help and uncaring regarding problems such as toilets not flushing, A/C not working.
Very little scenic sailing, stayed docked in ports.
Mandatory service chg on bill, $15 corking fee.
I know it's a very low cost ship, but sanitation and comfort should be required.
River boats in China much nicer!

Pros: nothing

Cons: attitude of staff

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.
