Very disappointed!

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

Expectation weren't too great when it came to the service provided due to previous reviews read, however, service was provided in a timely manner. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Not so much at the end of the cruise when most people were upset about the non working A/C and asking for their money back. The whole staff were on different pages in providing information. I understand the chaos in the un-expected A/C malfunction, but the whole staff had a different answer when it came to using the on-board credit. Don't book any of your excursions with the cruiseline as they charge more than 50% than the outside vendors. Definitely don't recommend it to vacationers under 35 looking for a good time to drink n dance on the boat. The "club" DJ was playing R&B slow jams @ 11 o'clock til close most of the time!

Pros: The best way to see the Hawaiian islands in one trip.

Cons: Not enough entertainment for the younger crowd other than the bars (empy for the most part).

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.
