Cruise from Hell

Sail Date: May 01, 2007

Room Type: Balcony

There were many issues with this cruise. We traveled from May 27, 2007 to June 3, 2007. The most distressing was the lack of A/C for the whole week (for about 200 passengers). The service was marginal at best, especially room service( 2 hour wait for a bottle of water). We never met our Cabin Steward the whole week???? I thought the steward was supposed to cater to the guests...not ours.
And the free style cruising is a joke. it just means wait in line at a buffet or wait 2 hours for a table in a sit down restaurant (unless you have a reservation??)
I could go one for hours, but will just mention one other thing, how does a Hawaiian cruise run out of Pineapple Juice on Day 3 and Pineapple on Day 6?

Cons: No A/C

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.
