the air condition does not work on the ship, tipping was a mandatory charge added daily to your onbore account. what was told to me by a staff member that the house would recieve 30% of this money, while the remainder was splite between the staff members. please note that so of these people have not even provide services to you or your family. I was told at the main dinning hall that there was no waiting in line at the buffet dinning hall and its serving the same type of food. Additionally, they charge extra fees for the shore excursion it is at least three time the amount of the vendors.(greyline tours) for example greyline charges $28.00 for the volcano & Rainbow falls and norwegian excusion charges you $92.71 for the same tour. buyer please beware of the extra fees from norwegian. Before making a comment to this cruise line do your investigation.

Pros: not sure very old ship

Cons: the food was not great, waiting for food to be served

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.
