An exciting cruise

Sail Date: April 09, 2006

Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Inside

This was our first cruise as a family and I'll have to say it was our dream vacation. The food was fantastic, especially the sit-down restaurants. We loved the ice cream bar which was a big hit with the kids. The internet station was so helpful; we didn't even skip a day from reading our e-mail. The kids had plenty to do from ping-pong to cards to exploring. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. We would definitely take another cruise soon. It's the way to go!

Pros: We loved the food at the sit-down restaurants, absolutely first class.

Cons: Our cabin was a bit small for four people. We had to climb over one person when heading to the bathroom at night.

Hilo, Hawaii

Don't Miss: Volcano National Park
Kahului, Maui
For the best local food Da' Kitchen was a find! The horseback ride was not worth $155 for 1 1/2 hours.
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Don't Miss: Captain Zodiac's Raft adventure Snorkeling

Don't Miss: Volcano National Park
Nawiliwili, Kauai
The best ice cream is Lappert's Ice Cream. There's several places- near Hanapepe, at the Princeville Shopping Center, and Poipu Beach. We absolutely loved the zipline adventure! Thrilling 1 1/2 hours!
