Cruise From Hell

Sail Date: February 01, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The service was the worse. Poor service in the restraunts, food NOT GOOD. The service in the staterooms was also VERY poor. No one that worked on the ship knew anything.
I have sailed on Norweigan in the past and really enjoyed it. But this ship is a NO NO

Cons: EVERTHING

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.

Ship Quality
Very nice ship. It is the crew that is BAD.
Food and Dining
Very little selection and food had little taste. You could not order from the restraunt menue for diner in your cabin.
Cabin / Stateroom
Staterrom was okay (we paid a premium for this suite), but the person who cleaned our room did not get to it until sometimes 1 or 2 in the afternoon. She had no one to help her.
Service and Staff
NO HELP AT ALL......
Entertainment
Not good--BORING
