What a rip off

Sail Date: September 01, 2007

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The cruise line recomended on-line booking of excurisons. But the on-line system didn't work. We got on board with every expectation of having the excursions lined up ahead of time. The computer didn't have our tickets and they wouldn't do anything about it to help us. Ruined the whole trip. Also the freestyle dinning is a rip off. You wait hours to get a meal. On other crusie lines, knowing when you will eat is like having a standing reservation. With NCL you simple standing line for long, long time to get feed. What a disaster.

Pros: Hawaii

Cons: Treatment by the crew and dining

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.
