Pleasantly surprised

Just returned from a 10day cruise aboard the Pride of Aloha. After reading the reviews we were prepared for a less than adequate experience. We were pleasantly surprised. We found the room to be the same size as most ships (this was our 4th cruise). The food was great, both buffet and restaurants and the service was 5star. Our room was clean we received fresh towels every day even though we hung slightly used ones up to be enviromentally friendly, they were changed regardless. I highly recommend this cruise in Hawaii, it is a great way to see the Islands. The only low point was the last day disembarkment. This was a nightmare, but I have to say we did not attend the information meeting on the process since it was not highly advertised and we did not know that this would practically be the only info we would have received.

Pros: Cruise experience

Cons: Last day disembarkment.
