Too many crew members need lessons in customer service.

Cons: Ship is just ordinary with below average service

Recommends Pride of Aloha (RETIRED)? No.

Food and Dining
Freestyle dining should be called "hurry up and waitstyle dining". On 3 out of 7 nights we had to wait 20+ minutes to be seated. Food quality was good. Specialty dining had a $10 per person upcharge.
Not enough to do on this ship.
Ship Quality
There was not enough to do at night compared to some of the Royal Caribbean ships I've been on.
Cabin / Stateroom
Average cabin. One day we had to wait until 5pm for room to be made up in spite of 3 calls for service.
Service and Staff
Nobody went above and beyond. Dining service was mostly good, front desk bordered on rude.
Kahului, Maui
Tons to do on Maui. You could spend a week here.
Don't Miss: Bike ride down Haleakala volcano or horseback ride into crater.
Nawiliwili, Kauai
Lot's to do here, a definite must see. We went zip-lining and sky diving. I would definitely come back here
Don't Miss: Zip line
Hilo, Hawaii
Hilo is a waste of a day.
Don't Miss: Stay on the ship and catch up on sleep.
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii
Beaches are nice, snorkeling from the beach is very good. Great place to buy coffee.
