Our second sailing with Captain Rickard Lorentzen, very personable, always greeting passengers around the ship. So sorry that Princess has sold this wonderful ship.
CAPTAIN WAS SNOOTY SORT AND REFUSED TO ATTEND VARIOUS MEETINGS REGARDING THE UNNECESSARY CANCELLING OF OUR STOP AT PETRA. THREE PORTS OF CALL IN ALL WERE ELIMINATED FROM THE ITINERARY - THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT ONES - PETRA AND 2 IN EGYPT. OVER 350 PEOPLE WERE SCHEDULED FOR PETRA, MUCH PASSENGER ANGER!
Sorry Princess is selling this ship; we love going on her & also Pacific Princess which we will cruise on again. Staff all friendly & happy to be on this ship.
not much to say ship has been sold
There were no line-ups anywhere on ship. We came in very late on embarkation day, so there were no line-up there either, but on disembarkation day, noticed long line up for next cruise
Use the spa its wonderful...Samoan and Katie rubbed us down everyday with seaweed or lime scrubs oh my it was relaxing !!!!!
Dinning room staff Kenny&Lido (table 60) both are very good. Buffet room staff like Gerry, Elly and bar attendant Julie and many, many (can't remember names), all are nice.
