Review summary

A fantastic family vacation. We made a lot of great memories and cannot wait to get back on Lady O.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We had a Crown Loft Suite. We walked into Terminal A, went right, up the elevator and spent 10 minutes (if that long) in the lounge before we were on the ship. This made embarkation with our 3 boys a breeze.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All the MDR food was great. Arbi and Merwin are fantastic. Second night they knew our children's names and had their drinks set up. My husband always had a fresh Mojito waiting for him. They were quick with service and bringing the food. We didn't do any specialty restaurants. Buffett was fine, plenty to please just about anyone. Concierge Lounge snacks were great! No lines and something to hold us over until dinner.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There is always something to do! My boys loved the flow rider, the waters slides, and the kids water park area. Pools seemed crowded only on the first sea day. After that, we didn't have a problem finding a spot. Spa was nice. I had a pedicure and my husband had a shave and a haircut. They do try to push extra services but a simple no thank you, worked. Art gallery and auctions are always fun to watch. We enjoy learning about specific techniques. Casino was fun, Chris Wong is the nicest Casino Host!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We did the Aqua 80's show and the comedy show. We loved the Aqua 80 show. The physical endurance the performers have is amazing. We enjoyed the comedy show. The two guys were funny. We had a good laugh. The guitarist in Central Park was great and we enjoyed listening to him. Piano man in the elevator is fun and our children were excited to find him. Usually on aft elevator, starboard side.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our children 14, 11,and 3 never wanted to leave. They were understanding with our autistic child and gave us a phone. He only had one minor break down. They called us back to explain that he calmed himself down and he was welcome to stay. There is a play room where all families are welcome and let the kids run around.

Service and Staff

Phil on the 17th floor is wonderful and always talked with us before we left for the day. Agust wasn't our room steward but he made our kids feel special. Arbi and Merwin are a wonderful team on deck four MDR, table 526. Aga was very helpful at the Art auction and I'm proud to say after 5 years of searching I finally have my favorite Louedin painting. Komang was wonderful up on the suite deck. Chris Wong in the casino was helpful and always pleasant . Every where we went the service was great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was always cleaned and being cleaned. I am not a fan of the public restrooms on ships (anywhere for that matter) but all bathrooms were nice and well maintained. The different neighborhoods are neat. Central Park on deck 8 was always peaceful. We love this ship and everything about the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

Crown loft suite was wonderful!! Tons of room and a great view. Having two bathrooms was helpful with the kids. The suite perks are nice and we'll be doing it again :)

Ship tip

Book twice there is no way you'll be able to do everything in 7 days.

Ports of call

Didn't stay in port long. Our excursions were fun. We enjoyed tubing down the White River and climbing Dunn's River Falls. We plan on going back.

Disembarkation

We disembarked this morning. Being a suite guest had plenty of perks and this was one of them. We walked out of our room, went to the lounge waited 5 minutes. Our concierge took over an elevator put as many suite guest as she could on it and walked us off the ship to luggage pick up. We left the room at 8:15 and were downstairs by 8:30.
