Review summary

Shows were dynamite!  Too many people.  Tripping over small children and strollers.  Too many places to spend additional $$$$$$$.  One drink was $12.   Don't drink enough to get the drink package. No wine package available.

When do they offer the punch cards? I only saw something for one starting on day 6 which doesn't seem as worth it. Do they offer them sooner? I'm still debating on the drink package but this might be better for us and the amount we drink.

Those drink prices are pretty standard for any ship, martinis on Carnival were $12 as well. Yes there are more specialty restaurants on board but there are also plenty of complimentary options available. Our first trip we didn't dine anywhere but the complimentary options and definitely had plenty of choices. For lunch there were 7 options, our last carnival you could dine at the buffet or on sea

Agree, do your research. We were just on & got $79 punch card for 10 drinks. GREAT deal. Was this your first cruise? What exactly were you expecting? Geez.

We've yet to see crowds on Oasis. We took a ton of photos on a sea day and when we got home all anyone could say was where are all the people. Only crowds we had was at the parade, shopping day or if you got to the mdr before the doors opened. I will say we never went to buffet so I can't speak for that.

it's the biggest cruise ship in the world what do you expect? Oasis class is completely different then other class ships in the fleet.
