Be careful about being charged for stuff they say is complementary. Because when you question your bill their excuse will be "that's not what is says on the computer or our systems don't talk to each other or do remember who the person is that told you that".  Also, be prepared to spend hours waiting for them to produce a receipt that doesn't exist.

Was nickeled and dimed to death. Staff would have been more efficient if we didn't have to sign receipts for everything.
