Be careful about being charged for stuff they say is complementary. Because when you question your bill their excuse will be "that's not what is says on the computer or our systems don't talk to each other or do remember who the person is that told you that".  Also, be prepared to spend hours waiting for them to produce a receipt that doesn't exist.

Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin was small but cleaning lady was excellent
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Our keycard were messed up & it took hours to have fixed
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Not enough time in the first port
Onboard Activities
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Was nickeled and dimed to death. Staff would have been more efficient if we didn't have to sign receipts for everything.
