Not a happy camper on the Oasis Cruise

Sail Date: December 26, 2015

Reviewed: 11 months ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Uninformed staff, musty smelly stateroom, sliding glass door had to be fixed very difficult to open and close, made loud noise, cancellation of various shows, not enough music during the day on pool deck, had a great time at the Jazz on 4 and your servers at Boleros were awful, my husband and I sat down on two different nights and not one of the servers came over to us to see if we needed a drink or anything, and its not like they did not see us, they made eye contact with and and just kept going around us like if we weren't even there. Upon our departure, I mentioned to the staff of their ignorance towards us and the excuse was they did not see us.  So on the next night, we sat again in the same section and again, we where there for more than an hour without getting service.  Very Very Unhappy, Next cruise we will try Allure again.  Really dissapointing over-all.

Cabin / Stateroom
Rug needs to be shampood, it had a strong musty order. Also, our sliding glass door was very hard to open and made very loud noise. Not a happy camper!
