We loved cruising the Allure last year\, and wanted to try the Oasis this year as it also offered a different itinerary. While our cruise was wonderful\, there were a few things that we found different compared to our cruise last year. While our state room attendand was phenomenal as was all of the wait staff\, we found some of the other services (delivery of luggage\, champagne ordered but not in the room\, tuxedos rented\, but not in the room.)

Service and Staff

Staff was always smiling and attentive except for the issue we had with the Vitality Spa. The manager never got back to us.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Loved the many different venues on the ship!

Cabin / Stateroom

Love having the balcony!!

Pros: I love the RCCL line of ships\, and having a balcony.

Cons: Did not like being ignored when issues were brought up with both the spa staff and guests services. Nothing was resolved.

Recommends Oasis of the Seas? Yes!
