A cruise with problems

Sail Date: October 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Older crowd on this cruise. Many were very grumpy after the disasterous boarding. It was that way through the whole cruise. With it spilling over to the crew. Some crew members were terrible\, in particular\, the wait staff. They need to find work elsewhere.

Pros: The food was very good. The ship was nice.

Cons: Embarkation at Rotterdam was terrible. Cold\, rain and windy with no shelter for hours.

Recommends Oasis of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Chops restaurant was very good. We went there three times.
Cabin / Stateroom
Only two drawers to put clothes in this superior balcony stateroom. No stationery and no pens.
Service and Staff
Most were very good. But the few that were bad are a standout.
