we enjoyed the cruise

Sail Date: January 01, 2014

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

ship is very good. the design of the overall ship are very good. The entertainment was very good. Our inside balcony over the boardwalk on the rear of the ship was very good. Good to have inside view and ocean view built-in together.
The design of our room was very poor. The bed is blocking open access to the closet and closet doors with limited opening ability was very hard to deal with.

Pros: the ship and all of its features

Cons: the design of our cabin

Recommends Oasis of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
overall it is good. Our objective for the cruise was to sail on the largest ship and we accomplished what we set out to do. Overall staff was friendly\, spoke English well\, access was good to everything.
Food and Dining
food was good - we stuck to mostly the dining rooms that were included in the price. Johnny Rockets was good.hamburgers and shakes were very good. ambiance was good. dining when you want option is great. Webee and Alex and Darnell were great every night.
Cabin / Stateroom
stateroom was ok except for the design flaw of the bed right in front of the closet. condition was good. amenities basic. Amazed to have 7 layers of bed pads on the beds. location of cabin was good on the inside back. I was surprised that we didn't have but one public way out from 11323 to the public stairs and elevators. Consider the safety issues for evacuation or fire.
Service and Staff
good\, ability good\, willingness good. helpful and follow up good
Webee\, Alex and Darnell were great.
variety good and enjoyable. quality good and better than previous cruises we have experienced. The extra money spent on our ticket was justified. Music always too loud
