Disappointed trip

Sail Date: June 01, 2013

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

My family went to the West Caribbean trip at the end of June. We like the ship but disappointed at their service. It's a big and beautiful ship but they can't handle this many people.

Pros: Ship facility

Cons: Food and Service

Recommends Oasis of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Food was dry and taste less at main dinning room. Buffet hour were too short, the only 24 hour food were pizza and sandwiches. Very limited selection without paying extra.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was decent and clean. Baloney was nice size.
Service and Staff
In general, all staff were friendly. Only the bartender at the pool will ignore you if you only ask to refill your soda. Main dining room dinner server were very good. Breakfast and Lunch staff were not well trained. It was disaster, the line were so long to get in first of all, then we were asked to share tables after 30 minutes on line. We waited another 45 minutes before we had to speak to their manager to bring out the food for the whole table. The other day at lunch, we (4 of us) being sit to a 10 people table while many small tables were available. Then our server asked us to reuse our forks from salad to main course.
Love the Irish pub.
