A wonderful first time cruise experience

Sail Date: June 01, 2013

Room Type: Balcony

This was our first time on a cruise and we sailed on the Oasis Eastern Caribean. It was a very good experince and the ship was beautiful, the service was amazing, and the food incredible. Lots to do and lots of entertainment. The shows were very top notch and professional. We loved them alll and really enjoyed them.
Our only complaint is that we paid an extra $800 for an all inclusive alcohol and beverage package yet had to pay extra for any drinks on room service or any pop or water in the mini fridge.

Pros: The service

Cons: The cost of soft drinks and bottled water

Recommends Oasis of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship was huge and very clean.
Food and Dining
The food was excellent from the cafe's to the main dining.
Cabin / Stateroom
We loved our room and the room attendant was excellent at keeping it clean and attending to our every need.
Service and Staff
Our room attendant was amazing. His name was Collins and he could not do enough for us. We did find some of the bar staff rude.
We enjoyed the shows and entertainment but were disappointed that very little music was played in the day only at the children's pool.
