We went back to our cabin and unpacked, then went to the liquor tasting, which was a dud. I was expecting scotch or something decent but they were pouring some cream liquer that had no allure. We got on the rising tide bar, had a great conversation with the waiter and a member of the cruise entertainment staff and really enjoyed a lichee martini as we went up and down. I expected a line but we were the only ones on the lift as it rose and fell. After that, we returned to the Windjammer for a really fantastic casual dinner, healthy for me, and lots of naughty stuff for my partner. Great food, really fresh, plenty of tables open, boring desserts.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We only at there for dinner, but ate one lunch there as well. It was always crowded but every single time we got a seat by the window. And to dispel reviews that disparage the food, we were thrilled with the huge variety and how delicious everything was. There was a huge selection and I had nothing all week that wasn't delicious

Every show was great. OASIS of dreams was the watershow, fun and impressive, lovely to be under the stars. HAIRSPRAY was a shortened version of the B'way show with a stellar cast. The HEADLINER SHOW was a disappointment with the group Mosaic, who were amazingly talented but there material was bland. THE ICE SHOW was spectacular, and COME FLY WITH ME was wonderful. The comedy show was also excellent and there are constantly special performances by the talent, one person shows and cabarets that were all excellent.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The quality of the staff and the level of service rivals any five star cruise line and its amazing they manage this with 6000 guests. We had waiters in the Solarium that called us by name every day and never let a glass of water sit half full.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Absolutely amazing in every way. Huge, but not crowded, gorgeously designed, with vistas in every direction that boggled the mind. The only problem was that often it didn't feel like you were on a ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
There was a flat screen TV with many channels including CNN but there really wasnt much to watch. There was a sofa, desk and closet with shelves and plenty of hangars. There was a small safe, NOT big enough for a computer or an ipad. The balcony had a table and two chairs and was small but sufficient. I wanted a suite, but honestly, to spend thousands of more dollars for some extra room seems like a waste of money when the balcony cabin was just fine.

Pros: Everything: shows, food, beauty of ship, service

Cons: Fitness center, ports.
