This ship was huge and we worried that would cause problems with waiting and quality. The staff is well trained in dealing woth ;ineups, etc. Everytime that there was a line developig (at dinner, at the shows, etc) teh staff jumped into GREAT SERVICE mode and helped move things along. Even for MyTime dining, we didn't wait more than 15 minutes.
My only concern was teh way many passengers arrived at 6:00 am to put towels on their sun-chairs and then left for 3 or 4 hours. They wer abusing the patient of the staff and other passengers

Food and Dining

For a ship to serve that many guests, we were amazed atthe quality and avriety of the food

There's something to see and/or do all of the time on this ship. We saw teenage girls in their PJs going for pizza at 2 in the morning

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They always went above and beyond. They were friendly in spite of some obnoxious behaviour that we saw at one time. AN older couple were complaining about too much sun in the dining room for breakfast but would not take the suggetsion to move to another table away from the window. They pulled down all of the shades (to the chagrin of the oothers) and the attandant did evrything that he ould to keep them happy while he continued to smile.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Extermely clean and nicely decorated. All public areas were well-maintained. Hot tubs were clean, etc

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We loved our stateroom with a balcony. It was immaculate and our stateroom attendant was always available to help. He kept our room in amazing shape. Very creative with the towel animals too.

Pros: The staff was outstanding. Every staff person we asked for help was extremely helpful

Cons: Getting off the ship was not well coordinated. We paid for an excursion(for the last day to Hollywood Florida) and it was poorly coordinated with the offloading
