Embarkation was fine, especially when they had porters to escort people to their rooms. The food was mediocre or less, however, the head waiter made up in personality for what was lacking in quality. He worked very hard! The room was an average room with a queen bed. The worst part (and most inconsiderate), was NCL's total lack of respect for the majority of the passengers who paid full fare to have a whole day in Grand Cayman only to have it cut short to a couple or hours. The captain decided that he would wait for a FEW late passengers flying in to board the ship and inconvenience the other 1,500 passengers. Instead of having the late- comers fly to the next port of call, all of us were penalized by not having a full day at Cayman. When I complained, the best NCL could/would do was to give me $100 on board credit, (which meant that I had to use them again). Talk about not giving a .....An avid traveler
