At embarkation, had trouble finding one lost bag, but found it within 30 minutes.Going to the ship from Vancover, B.C., was hectic because of the lack of good transportation, but made it ok.Food service was very good and the waiter was outstanding. The menus and over all selection of food very good. We selected the late dinner time, which was great, but the late shows paid the price of late dining. The shows were good and enjoyable. Cabin space inside was small, but very clean . You only sleep there, so the rest of the ship was what you wanted to do.Lots of activities: music, games, swimming etc.The staff was very nice, from the crew to the cabin personal.WE enjoyed the cruise very much and plan to take another cruise with NCL.
