If you have any issues, address them with a manager on bird and not a supervisor. Managers wear black uniforms. They are a better help than just supervisors. Do your research on any upgrades you would like to purchase prior to boarding. Do not rely on anyone on the ship being able to correctly answer questions.

If you want to be close to the restaurants, book a room in the rear of the ship. If you want to be close to the fitness center, spa, and chapel, book a room in the front of the ship.

There have been negative remarks about the Norwegian Sun, don’t go by what is said. A cruise is what you make it. The ship is an older smaller ship, but well maintained. Having previously been on 37 cruises with different cruise lines, I truly enjoyed being on the Sun and would not hesitate in booking another cruise on this wonderful ship.

It's a small ship, and the common areas are kept very clean, but some of the staff appear to be in early stages of training...

It took us a while ti find, but if you walk through the buffet and out the backside, there is another food area called the Sports Bar which serves other types of food including hot dogs, hamburgers and fries.
