If you can get the UBP for a decent price PRIOR to getting onboard its worth it. You can order any cocktail with a value up to $15/glass, unlimited. There is no limit.

We thought the location of our room on level 10 aft was good because it was close to the buffet and sports bar on level 11. After buying water for most of our trip we discovered other people were refilling bottles from the water provided in the buffet area. Saves $$$$$

I would suggest eating at either the specialty restaurants or the buffet - don't bother with the main dining rooms except for breakfast. Don't expect great entertainment or a huger choice of TV shows - you will be disappointed.

It's a ship doesn't really care about you. Maybe it is too old to offer individual comfort. It is not a four star ship. Maybe two star on average. If nothing will bother your health, you are a good candidate for this ship.

Bring something to read and games to play! TV has limited shows/movies. Also, the ship is older than most and not digitalized. You cannot view your stateroom bill on TV. Photos from the gallery are all on paper. On other ships, the photos are in digital format and available by room number.

Check in early regardless of your "appointment" time for check in to avoid waiting in line.

Find a spot in the sports bar... best place by far on the ship. Food there was incredible. Cozy and friendly atmosphere, and easy to get to.

Sit back and enjoy the rest of the trip as the views you get are wonderful. If you need to save get a inside room or window cabin as the balcony although very nice is rarely used as the ship is sailing because of the wind and temperature it just gets plain cold!
