You need to train your receptionist staff more and please inform guests earlier if there are serious matters like hold our passports during the cruise. Its a serious matter when it comes to legal document.. very inappropriate and we paid thousands dollars to got treatment like this?

Loved the Seven seas, the waiters were great & food was so good. Prepare for rain or hot sun, Alaska's weather can change within the hour.

If do glacier cruise have motion sickness medication. Binoculars are nice for whales, bears and other animal life.

When sailing past particularly scenic spots (Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier), take photos and observe from Deck 6 instead of Deck 11/12 - it was wayyy less crowded, and you get the same great photos.

Do not plan on eating Lobster or Crab unless you want to pay $25 a plate each meal for it! There are no seconds either as you will be charged $25+ each time you reorder the lobster or crab!

Deck 11 was clearly a good choice -- down the hall access to the Fitness Center; and, to the Sports Bar (for drinks and snacks) and Buffet (for early morning coffee!) And, it was very quite -- a big plus for us!

Open dining allowed you to eat when you want but you don't get the same experience as sharing a table with other folks and comparing notes over multiple days. You have less interaction and don't always have the same wait staff.

Moderno and La Cucina restaurants are very nice for sail aways. They both have great views. The observation lounge is a great place to relax and read during the day

Cagney's was delicious! We also did the Murder Mystery lunch which was fabulous. Don't miss the crew talent show!

Take the time to explore all the amenities, lounges, and sights on the ship. Found most of them at the end during the Inside Passage. Great ship and staff!

We ate at the Teppan specialty restaurant, which is like a Benihana and it was very good.

THE EXCURSION TRIPS ARE EXPENSIVE. WAIT UNTIL YOU GET TO PORT AND GET A LOCAL TRIP. MUCH CHEAPER. THE MAIN DINING ROOM FOOD IS FAIR.

Get to know your ship and enjoy all aspects. The sports bar was a great change of food choices and scenery at night.
