Trip of a Lifetime

Sail Date: January 11, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This was our first cruise and we were celebrating our 15 year anniversary. The smaller size of the ship allowed us privacy and special attention. At the same time, we always felt like there were plenty of things to do and never got bored. The cruise staff was very accommodating and made us feel like special passengers. The pool area did get busy on sea days but we were always able to find deck chairs. The food in the main dining rooms was excellent and varied each day. We were less impressed with our specialty dinner at Teppanyaki. It was good but for the price we didn't enjoy it any more than the main dining room. We spent very little on board the ship since everything we wanted was included. However, we did spend quite a bit more on shore excursions but it was well worth it. If you are looking for a week of being pampered then I highly recommend this cruise.

Ship Quality
Love the smaller size that allowed for excellent, personal service.
Food and Dining
Excellent! Varied and plentiful!
Cabin / Stateroom
Loved the size, balcony, and plenty of storage but it could have used updated carpet and couch. Bed was very comfortable.
Service and Staff
Entertainment
The shows were varied and professional.
Onboard Activities
There was always something for everyone!
Destinations and Excursions
We really loved all destinations except Roatan. Plan a good shore excursion for that day.
Tampa, Florida
Roatan (Isla Roatan), Bay Islands, Honduras
Belize City, Belize
Ziplining and cave tubing was awesome.
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
You could hang out at the pier area all day and be happy. Then again there were also some great excursions...
Cozumel, Mexico
We loved snorkeling in Cozumel!
