The crew was very friendly and very good at their jobs. Customer service was great, only one staff member was not friendly. The boarding process was painless and NCL allows each guest to have their own on-board charge card so cabin mates don't have keep track of who had what. Also the prices on board are very good.

They have free style dinning wo you can eat whenever you want. The night we didn't get back until 9:30, they made sure the restuarnts were still open for us., I just wish they had warm bread. The "private" dinning rooms where you paid a surcharge were worthg every penny!

Some of the staff has worked for NCL for more than 9 years and it shows. These people know about customer service! We were always greated with smiles and often welcomed by name.

Very clean and just the right size, not so big that it was over-whelming, Also they had a pool just for kids and one just for adults. Thank you NCL!!
Cabin / Stateroom

We rearranged the beds for more room, but the room was fine, and the service was great. Nothing like having coffee delivered to your room.,
The two 3 hour train rides wasn't that much fun, but the tour was very worth it. German food is pretty bland, but the beer is good. I would highly recommend this excursion. We made bew friends on the long train ride. Be advised that most bathrooms in Northern Europe require money to use them.
The two day excursion was the high light of the trip. It was exhausting but very worth it, not for phyically challenged. Going to St. Pertersburg was the reason for the entire tirp!!
Don't Miss: Catherine's Palace, also we got 20% of at the ship approved shops just beyond passport control. I got a much bettere deal on amber from them than on board.
