Review SummaryOne member of our party was injured in Saint petersburg. When we returned to our ship we went to the service desk to get some help. We asked for a wheel dhair because she could not walk. They advised us that we would have tor rent a wheel chair at a ridiculos price. The option was to call the desk and have a stewart come and get her and take her back. We rented the wheel chair at $295.00 for four days. At the same time we asked about a handycapped room. We were told the the ship was fully booked and there were none. Th wheel chair we rented would not fit into the her room. The worst was yet to come . We were guaranteed transportation from the ship to Gatwick airport. This was included with our trip purchase. After waiting and calling the desk several times to come and our injured member a man showed up with a wheelchair. We were on the dock, at the bus which everyone else was already seated. The bus driver rused to take us. The personnel on the dock call our ship and refused to pay our transportation by cab. Basicly we were stranded in Dover England by our ship. Between the tree of us were able to gather the money for a cab. My trip left me frustratrated and upset with NCL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: We found the personnel that took care of us daily; Stewarts, Waiters, Bar and dinning room staff were wiling to go extra to help us.
Cons: I found the food in the dinning rooms and at the Buffet lower quality than what I had expected.
