Norwegian Sun Cruise Review to Alaska - Inside Passage

Review SummaryWe just returned from the NCL-Sun cruise to the inner passage of Alaska. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruising experience, however tne 3 stops we made, Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway have become very comerciallized because of the number of cruise ships that dock there this time of year. 53 Jewelry stores in one port is a bit much. So, we took escoursions off of the ship and they proved to be the right choice for us, as we did and saw a variety of things beyoud the port towns. The food and entertainment of this ship was very good, and they always had something going.
THE BEST PART OF THE NCL LINE IS 'FREE STYLE', AS MY HUSBAND REFUSES TO 'DRESS UP" WHEN WE ARE ON VACATION, SO THIS IS PERFECT FOR HIM, NO SUIRT OR TIE. (YEAH)
Ports of Call
Don't Miss: Train ride
Don't Miss: Glsaciers
Don't Miss: Totem Poles
Pros: Not having to dress up and chooseing when and who you want to eat with.
Cons: Having pictures taken all the time, eventually just told them we didn't want any more pictures
