The Sun is a beautiful ship. A little older than some others in the Norwegian Fleet, but beautiful none the less. It would have been nice to have another pool area however because on sea days the pool would get very crowded.

Pros: Freestyle dining and friendly staff

Cons: The weather in Cozumel!

Recommends Norwegian Sun? Yes!

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
The weather in Honduras was perfect. I am very happy with the excursion we chose while we were there which was riding a 2 person speedboat to a BEAUTIFUL secluded beach. Definitly a MUST for people who want to experience a beach that looks like it is fresh out of a movie.
Cozumel, Mexico
Our weather in Cozumel was terrible. Very windy and the seas were so rough that it took us 2 hours to get from the dock tendered back to the ship! No ones fault, they cant control the weather, just a very unfortunate circumstance. We shopped around Cozumel and made the best of the not so pleasant day.
Belize City, Belize
I thought Belize was a cool city. I heard from many people that there are no beaches and that you have to take a boat to get to them. At this port we went ATV'ing in the rainforest and it was absolutley amazing. Our tour guide (Norman) was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. We even got to walk through an ancient Mayan cave!
