Review summary
This was an excellent cruise. AS mentioned above, the food seemed to be excessively spicey, particularly the fish entrees. The early disembarkation of the ship was important to us, so there were about 20 of us that assembled early. After waiting in line a very long time, we discovered our line was not moving because they were allowing all the late comers descending the stairs to go out ahead of us. This was critical for us as we were trying to arrivew at the New Orleans airport at the earliest possible hour to catch the earliest flight out. Since we travel on a space available basis, because of the unfair way they shuttled us off the ship, we didn't arrive at the airport for the earliest flight. As a result, we waited through 5 flights before getting out of New Orleans airport. I mentioned our situation to the NCL disembarking agent, and was treated very rudely. Unfortunately we had already filled out our compliment cards with excellent ratings. This would have changed considerably had I been able to retrieve those comment cards. Also had trouble with on board internet procedure. We were unable to send an e mail, but were still charged $10 for trying. The individual that was there to assist us was of little help.Ports of call

Pros: It was a great ship, the entertainment was superb, room service was superb, and the ports of call were very good.
Cons: The food was good, however too spicy, and the early disembarkation was not handled fairly.
