Review summary
Our room was a dissapointment from the beginning. We paid extra for a balcony but couldn't use it much. Our neighbors were extremely obscene and would climb up and watch us over the dividers. When we complained the staff said there wasn't much that could be done unless they were caught in the act and there were no other rooms available to which they could transfer us. The room thermostat was inoperative and the bathroom smelled constantly. We did, however, enjoy the fine service in the dining rooms. The free-style dining had its pro's and con's. It allowed more freedom, but didn't "force" us to get to know people. We ate once at one of the cover-charge ($20 per person) dining roooms. Food was good but wasn't worth the additional amount since the main dining room served just as good a meal. Everyone said the layout of the ship was poor. You often had to go up or down a level to reach the other end of the ship. People were constantly getting lost. We proabably won't go on an NCL ship again.Ports of call
