Embarkation for us was fine. Others traveling with us waited a long long time to embark - only had two people checking passengers in. They didn't get on ship until the fire drill was being done. Others were still checking in then! The food was fair compared to other NCL cruises we have been on. The steaks were not good this time. Service in the restaurant was too long! Over two hours to be served dinner. Restaurants seemed disorganized with the freestyle dining this time. The kids program was good, which my 9- and 15-year-old went to. Didn't really enjoy Belize and Roatan as I didn't snorkel or dive. Nothing pretty to see/very poor islands-can't really sight see anything there except poverty. We still had a good time, but service was not what was expected- disappointed with dining and islands this time!
