Room Type: Balcony

we loved the norwegian sun, we had a balcony which opened up the room, making it very bright and comfortable...we used it to get fresh air,to see if we were at port yet, to look at other ships, the beautiful water, and to dry out our bathing suits...etc. although you don't spend that much time in the room it is certainly nice to have.. the cruise director and all staff go out of their way to make your every minute fun..they are extremely helpful and friendly..my husband and i love the freestyle dining.the food was abundant and excellent...we lost complete control and ate everything we wanted but after 2 day's of being home and cutting down we are both back to our pre-cruise poundage, so just enjoy...your on vacation...
oh yes..the ship was very clean, they take every precaution not to cause viral infections...they have small machines that omit a cleaning agent for your hands all over the ship..and when you come in from a port they spray your hands.....the layout of the ship, the accessibility, the entertainment...all was excellent...we were very happy

Pros: the service

Cons: the ports

Recommends Norwegian Sun? Yes!
