Review summary

We had a wonderfull cruise with Azamara. We enjoyed our evenings in the bar and it was nice to sit by the pool after a visit in the ports. The only negative for us was the small children in the pool; one with a swimmingdiaper and one vomited. There is no life guard and no control about this. Also in the evenings we had some children crying during dinner. We knew it is not adults only but we expected a bit more control from the parents.

The ship was docked in Venice Fusina but we had to go to the porto maritima in centre of Venice only to pick up our seapass. After that there was a 40min busride to Venice Fusina and the check-in was done onboard. So much time waisted in traffic. You were not allowed to go directly to Venice Fusina. Some people had to get a taxi back to the city center upon arrival.

Main dining and buffet were very good.

We enjoyed our evenings in the Den. Barry at the piano was really entertaining. The cruise director was also very good. Pool was nice and always a sunbed available, even on a seaday.

Oceanview cabin, mid ship deck 4. On 3 nights there was a loud noise from outside. People complained but it was not always resolved.
