overall this cruise was a great 14 days. the panama canal process was amazing since from every vantage point it was close up. be prepared thought\, an october sailing will find each and every port very high in humidity and heat......overall worthwhile though.

Pros: panama transit- so amazing

Cons: embarcation process----lots of delays and disembarking was slow and not well organized.

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!

Food and Dining
loved the food in the Versaille each night especially that lamb was on the every day menu.
Ship Quality
outside decks fabulous\, inside there were definite signs of wear on the carpets with some rips etc. in some of the common areas.
it takes some getting used to to get the layout down but oh well\, thats part of the adventure and the small paper handouts of the ship were very helpful.
Cabin / Stateroom
our roo steward was a fabulous man.
Service and Staff
Magika was excellent\, we super enjoyed El goucho and jersey boys and the husband and wife team who danced and did aerial act were over the top wonderful. All other acts were good as well.
