When we arrived at the ship, the cabin had a heavy noise created from the cooler. We ask for help but the answer was: we are sorry, but we can´t do anything, the ship is full. We were looking for 4 days someone to help us, but not even the Hotel Director on board, Mr Yannis couldn´t help us. The worse was the answer on the first day when I demanded somo help, a crew member from Nicaragua that was on the front desk told me: you are still on time to desembark the ship if you want!!!
