We got gipped!
Norwegian Star Cruise Review to Bermuda
Review SummaryWe paid $2400 in advance plus $199 to CSA Travel Protection for insurance a year before the trip. A month before the cruise my husband had back surgery and spent three weeks in the hospital, didn't recover well. We had to cancel the trip. This is what we recovered from the $2600 we had paid: $366.34 (taxes only) from NCL and $374.95 from the insurance company. That means they made close to $2000 on a couple that couldn't make the trip and that took out insurance. What a dishonest group these two companies are!
Cons: Dishonest sales people and insurance rep
