Unfortunately, it took one and a half hours to board and another hour and a half to disembark. The staff blamed customs; however, after reading other reviews this is the norm. Which is a poor customer service aspect, as that is a long wait outside with no amenities, cover or food. Disembarking was horrendous, as almost everyone decided to carry off their own luggage. You could not use the elevators, the stairwells were full and carrying down luggage one step at a time, could be dangerous. Shame on NCL for letting this continue.

Pros: Choosing when and where to eat

Cons: One and a half hours to board and another to disembark

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!
