I was booked by the cruise line or travel agency without my approval, no one will admit they made the mistake. The cruise line has us booked and will not agree to return our cruise reward that was used for the deposit. All this was done without our knowledge or approval. We first learned about the booking three weeks later by e-mail from the cruise line stating welcome aboard. The message did not list a date, ship, cost or any details about the cruise. The message stated to check in on line, The travel agency () blames the cruise line (Norwegian) and the cruise company states the agency is at fault. They are going to cancel our reservation that was made without our approval because we failed to make a final payment in time. We did make one cruise on Norwegian and it was ok but it will be our LAST. Please don't make the same mistake and contact as your travel agency or Norwegian as your choice for a cruise.
