This was our forth cruise with Norweigen Cruise Lines and although there were a few frustrations which were most likely caused by the large Thanksgiving Holiday crowd we definitely plan to continue cruising with NCL in the future.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
NCL needs to improve their specialty restaurant reservation policy and apply it to all passengers. It is very frustrating for large parties to get a reservation at one of the specialy restaurants or even in the main dining room during holiday cruises.

3 out of 5
The shows were very good however shipboard activities are almost none existent.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Kids looked forward to going to kids club each day.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Pros: The food selection and quality in the dining room

Cons: The reservation policy in the main dining rooms and specialty restaurants did not work well and passengers who were told they did not need reservations were later turned away when they arrived for dinner.
