Stateroom was spacious and comfortable. Ship very clean and well maintained. Check in/out quick and smooth.

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Absolutely horrid. ALL meats were cooked hard like rubber. Could not cut baked fish without a sharp knife. Inedible. Vegetables cooked to mush. Very little selection. I don't think you should have to pay extra for the good food in the pay restaurants. Should be included in cost.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
High school talent show quality.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Generally scarce. No one to help you. When you did find one, they were rude or arrogant. Treated you like an inconvenience.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Some areas of ship you could not get to by all elevators. Hard to find certain restaurants. Blocked stairwells.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Nice stateroom. Comfortable bed, space good. Refrigerator and minibar, coffee maker, hairdryer. Nice.

Pros: Free style dining - no set time

Cons: food was horrible, staff inattentive and rude. port skipped - no compensation,

Recommends Norwegian Star? No.
