Review summary
This is a good ship with a good crew of well trained people. The ship was in good shape and kept in good condition. The events were well handled and we saw no glitches in the way that the information matched the actuality of the events. I think that the cruise director spent too much time pitching the "sales" activities and did not spend enough time explaining the schedule and aspects of shore visits.Ship experiences

Pros: The Norwegian Star was a good vessel to sail on. The crew was well trained and the new choice system gives the client a comfort zone for all activities.
Cons: Getting off the ship at the end was a hassle, but I think that it had to do with the day before Thanksgiving Day, and not enough people from shore to take care of us due to people not working that day.
